Swatantrya never comes free. Swatantrya can never be kept for free.
Today I’m making myself available for full-time to active politics for development of my nation Bharat.
My aim would be to fight for empowerment for rural Bharat.
I will work for improving rural infrastructure (backbone of economy), education, employment/entrepreneurship. This does not need to be for any particular caste, creed, race or religion. Since poverty never shows mercy.
As my senior friend says “Reclaiming Bharat one-step at a time“, this is my first step to reclaim Bharat.
I’m joining Chanakya Institute of Public Leadership for its second batch from 10th October 2011.
Up until July 2011 I worked for Cognizant Technology Solutions as IT Professional. I worked in IT for nearly 5 years. Along with full-time job I worked for iKnowledge Academy as visiting trainer/mentor for 2.5years. And finally on 15 July 2011 made myself free from the daily routine. Its not that I’ve earned a lot to support my aspirations, its also not that I’ve inherited huge assets.
Its my passion, and commitment to social cause and patriotism well supported by parents (Bai- Appa), my elder sister Asha (her name says it all) and my to be wife, Rekha (Getting married on 1st October 2011). They stood by me to help me get rid of all my loans and regular expenses. I’m indebted by their herculean gesture. My younger sister Usha and cousin sister Poonam too believe I can be the catalyst. My uncle and to be in-laws too decided to stand by me.
Its not just my immediate family but my friends and mentors too, who continuously inspired and guided me through various situations. Like Shri Shantanu Bhagwat, Shmt Akalpita Paranjape, Shri Sanjeev Sabhlok who took time and effort to help me. Friends like Avinash, Bhupendra, Saroj, Mahesh, Prasanta, Swarup, Subhash Pakhare always inspire and believe in me for my genuine feelings towards the nation. Especially, Avinash is the man who keeps saying always “Go for it, you can do it. We need people like you to go there”.
Veterans like Shri Raju Parulekar, Shri Shailesh Pandey, Shri Ranganathan, Shri Devdutt welcomed my move and lend a hand of support in future.
Last but the most important Shri Radhakrisna Pillai and Shri Jagdish Shetty directors of CIPL Mumbai. Shri Shetty interviewed me and offered this opportunity to study ancient wisdom of Bharat blended with modern politics.
